About the project

Aileen and Matt requested a minimal yet elegant botanical watercolor theme that complimented their river side wedding. I hand painted floral elements for each card and envelope liner, created a monogram, wrapped the suite in a clear band with a custom wax seal, and completed the the set with gold calligraphy and a gold embossed return address. We added more florals to create a complimentary shower invite. The design extended into the day of with a romantic calligraphy seating chart that was wax sealed onto a mirror.
